Information You Submit
A name or location entered into an embedded search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the supplied details as needed to respond. We do not share the message outside our organization unless the law requires it.

Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. A browser can reject them, although some functions may behave differently.

Other Websites
Links may lead to MDCR, MDSO, courts, corrections systems, government portals, or third-party search tools. After leaving this site, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Advertising providers may also track activity across sites on their own systems.
When Data May Be Shared
We do not sell personal information. Data may be handled by search partners processing a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, or a government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal order. Public-record access from Florida agencies is separately governed by Florida law, including section 119.07; this private-site policy does not alter those agency duties.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security or guarantee that a breach will never occur.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Use the Contact Us page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
Your Privacy Choices
- Ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion where applicable.
- Opt out of processing where a relevant law provides that right.
